For the last 35 years, A.I.D. Fuel Oils Ltd has consolidated its position as one of the most successful Midlands fuel distributors, showing dynamic growth to be a major national fuel card agent. We enjoy an excellent trading relationship with all major oil companies and supply a first class service to a broad spectrum of clients.

A.I.D. Fuel Card Services are a fuel card agent market leader and each fuel card system is directly managed by us. This means that we can offer all business sectors a choice of fuel card options, tailoring our account management services to meet individual business needs. We recognise the importance of working together with clients, therefore, we have a team of customer service advisors as a main point of contact.

With us it is easy to run different fuel card brands alongside each other. We will invoice you on the same day in the same format so there is no confusion. We also understand how useful it is to have local stations for each of your depots, and so we are happy to site match for you convenience.

With our free issue of cards, clear concise invoicing, free online account management, free price notifications and free site directories A.I.D. could have a positive impact on your fuel expenditure. Further to this, many other fuel card companies who offer competitive quotes, charge a range of administration fees, but with A.I.D. there are:

• Clear, concise invoices including the date, time, place, volume, product type and value of transaction grouped by card number. Departmental/Depot cost centres are also available. We pride ourselves on our invoices and clearly state how much you pay ppl.

• FREE online account management, giving you 24/7 access to drawing enquiries & copy invoices. All of which can be downloaded into Excel format.

• Control over driver expenditure - Cards are restricted to fuel, oil & lubricants with the drivers name or vehicle registration embossed if required.

Excellent Customer Service

• You will speak directly to our dedicated customer service team, who will be familiar with your account and are experts in the fuel card market.

• FREE, regular price notification available by email or SMS, meaning that you are always aware of the amount you are paying.
