How do I know what I will pay?

Prices are always shown clearly on your invoice, however we are able to notify you of your price in advance, via email/text should you require it. There is no charge for this service.

Are there any hidden costs?

There are NO hidden costs; you only pay for the fuel that you draw. Fuel cards and a site directory are provided FREE of charge for each account. There is only a small unused card charge of 85p if the card is not used in an entire calendar month.

No, there is no minimum contract period.

No set up fee, no card charge so how do you make your money?

Some companies charge for the issue and reissue of cards, they charge for directories and even paper invoicing. At A.I.D. we simply make our money out of fuel. We supply competitive rates and provide excellent customer service to maintain and increase our loyal customer base as mentioned in our customer testimonials.

How is the price calculated?

Each depot can be invoiced independently or centrally with various cost centres/subtotals dependent upon your preference.

Where can I use my card?

This depends on which card you have. A site directory is provided once an account is opened and FREE satellite navigation system downloads are also available with most of the fuel card systems. Alternatively contact our customer service advisors for an up to date site list.

What if I am not entirely happy with the fuel card I have chosen?

Should you not be entirely happy with a fuel card system provided by A.I.D. Fuel Card Services, we can cancel it and set you up on one of our other ones at no extra cost to you. What's more, we will not charge you for any new cards issued.

How do I open an account?

We have a number of options so you have a choice of which fuel card system is best for you. If you have already chosen a card, the quickest way is to print an online application form, complete, and return to us.
