THE ROLE 

Acting as a liaison between our customers and the fuel card service providers, you will manage the customer accounts, responding to enquiries and proactively contacting them for feedback. Maintaining this high level of customer interaction ensures that our accounts keep running smoothly. This approach also allows us to solve a problem before it manifests, and make each customer feel special; maximising customer retention. Within this evolving organisation, you will also have opportunity to make suggestions on improving the customer service offering.

 
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 

AID is looking for a self-motivated individual possessing the desire to exceed customer expectations. A professional yet personable telephone manner accompanied with a high level of literacy is essential, and a background in sales would be advantageous. You must possess an aptitude for identifying customer needs and be able to confidently discuss any relevant products within the group.

Fully comprehensive training is provided however prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is desirable, as it is a major element of the job role.

37.5 hours Monday-Friday
